The production of rails and switches has a significant green footprint thanks to the 999 kWp solar power plant.
The Pražská strojírna a.s. company have irreplaceable role in the engineering industry with almost 200 years of tradition.
In 2023 we helped in cooperation with Prometheus, energy services, this significant company create a green footprint and increasing self-sufficiency by installing solar power plant with capacity of 999 kWp, which will reduce the carbon footprint about 504 tons CO₂ per year.
For construction were used total 2220 PV modules TIER 1 class and inverters with safety and performance optimizers from the world’s leading manufactures SolarEdge, one of the safest on the market.
The solar power plant built us will cover the building’s electricity consumption by 37 % with a return on investment of around 7 years. On the monitoring platform, the user can match the electricity production in real time.
Complete project delivery
For our client, we managed and delivered the project of a turnkey solar power plant, including project design, engineering, construction execution, and finally connecting the plant to the grid. The power plant is designed to use its own control system to respond to current electricity demand. A total of 1,944 TIER 1 panels were used in the construction and inverters with power and safety optimizers of top Israel‘s producer. This solution is the one of the safest on the market. The project can substantially increase the self-sufficiency of the production site and reduce the carbon footprint by 393 tonnes per year. The user can monitor real-time electricity production in the monitoring platform.
